Heinrich Bohle was a director of the DDAC (Der Deutsche Automobil Club or The German Automobile Club) in Mannheim when he died unexpectedly in July 1935. This is a lot of three pieces of original Third Reich correspondence sent to the widow of Heinrich Bohle, Frau Klara Bohle expressing condolences.
The black-edged letter is from the DDAC Ortsgruppe Mannheim dated 17 July 1935, and there are condolences from the Munich chapter of the DDAC as well, dated 19 July 1935. Note the Heil Hitler! and Mit deutschem Gruss sign-offs on both DDAC letters. The third piece is a letter from Daimler-Benz in Mannheim and is dated 16 July 1935. Daimler-Benz manufactured Mercedes-Benz cars in Germany.
None of the letters are 'canned' condolence letters. Herr Direktor Heinrich Bohle must have been well-liked and well-known as the senders are all expressing heartfelt feelings after the loss of such a highly valued man.
Unusual Third Reich correspondence in very nice condition, exactly as shown.
This lot of 3 Nazi Bohle condolence letters from 1935 is offered for sale
for $155.00 delivered by Media Mail in the continental USA.
