This is an original 5-3/4 x 8-1/4 inch, 16-page, very heavily illustrated soft  cover booklet published by the Zentralverlag der NSDAP Franz Eher Nachfolger in Munich, Germany as a sales brochure for the big, very heavily illustrated book Unser Führer (Our Leader) as published by the same firm. 

Shown left is the back page of this rare Nazi advertising piece which is a Bestellschein or order form for Unser Führer to be filled out and sent to Zentralverlag der NSDAP Franz Eher Nachfolger on Thierschstrasse 11 in Munich. The print at the bottom of the page states that shipment to foreign countries was possible too.

It is very difficult 75+ years after the fact to find original Third Reich direct mail sales literature of this type in any condition. This Unser Führer example is complete and with its order form still attached, and in used condition, exactly as shown. No odor.

Most collectors of  Third Reich books are familiar with this Illustrierter Beobachter special edition highlighting Hitler's many accomplishments up to 1939, published at the time of his 50th birthday in April 1939.
