Das ist der Weibliche Arbeitsdienst explains duties of girls in the Nazi Female Labor Service by explaining its connection with the NSV and the Hitler Youth, and following a girl from registration through induction, arrival and deployment in service. The book shows the facilities, tools, utensils and types of labor that a girl might find herself in from farm work to childcare, cooking, sewing, sports, recreation, and interaction with young men of the Reichsarbeitsdienst (RAD). It even explains the duties of the administrators and even mentions professional opportunities in the Weibliche Arbeitsdienst.

Superb photographic images, most of which we have never seen in other Third Reich publications. It comes with a four-panel insert explaining the female Nazi Labor Service which has an introduction by Reichsarbeitsführer Konstantin Hierl dated 2 September 1939 (shown below).

This linen hardcover example of Das ist der Weibliche Arbeitsdienst is in very good little-used condition with a tight spine and no odor.

This is a very nice hardcover example of the rare 6 x 8 inch, very heavily illustrated 100 page book Das ist der Weibliche Arbeitsdienst (That is the Female Labor Service) by Getrud Schwertfeger-Zypries with photos by Liselotte Purper as published by Junge Generation Verlag of Berlin, in 1940.
